Steve was an apprentice at Sun Valley for 14 years, servicing the company farms. He then began his own business, 'Securhome', predominately installing intruder alarms. The company then changed to 'Securcom' 25 years ago, specialising within the poultry industry. As the company grew, he secured contracts with the then Cargill, Faccenda and B.U.T. Steve has been dedicated to providing his customers with the best possible service. Steve enjoys corporate days at the local rugby club Luctonians, whom Securcom was the main sponsor for 6 years. He also enjoys spending time with his 4 grandchildren, and fishing when time allows.
Pete grew up on a poultry farm in Shropshire, and in 2001 aged 21 moved to Securcom as an electrical engineer. Pete spent almost 10 years out in the field carrying out installation, maintenance and breakdowns of all the farm systems. In 2010 he moved to a project managers role to assist the company in the design and management of our installations as the industry & company started to grow. With the company continuing to grow over the years his role is now Operations Director assisting our MD with the overall operations of each part of the company. Outside of work Pete is a passionate fan of Wolves FC for the last 25 years and enjoys attending all home matches with his son and spending valuable time with the family at weekends.
Natalie began working for Securcom in 2010, as an Office Administrator. Processing wages, invoicing and filing. As the company grew there became a need for a Human Resources department. Natalie enrolled on the Level 3 Certificate in HR Management, then went on to complete the Level 5 Certificate. She then wanted to progress even further within the business and made the decision to undertake her CIPD degree in HR Management. With all this under her belt, she has now made her way up to HR Director. In her spare time Natalie enjoys spending time with her 3 children, and practices yoga when time allows
Elliot has been with Securcom since 2009, joining us as an Apprentice then working his way up to Operations Manager. Elliot won 'Apprentice of the Year' in 2011, and after seeing his potential and Leadership qualities over the years, he is now Operations Manager. Elliot is in charge of the day to day running of the business, he leads our team of Engineers and organises their workload. He is also heavily involved with communications from our Customers. In his spare time El enjoys playing the guitar, reading medieval history books, and spending time with his wife and children.
Tony joined Securcom in 2009 as an Electrician. After showing his dedication and hard work within the company he has progressed to one of our Qualified Supervisors. Tony has always had a great passion to drive the company forward, and has done a fantastic job leading new build jobs in the past. Tony also leads our Inspection and Testing team here at Securcom. Tony enjoys shooting most weekends, and golf outside of work.
Lloyd joined Securcom in 2015, coming from a domestic electrical background. Lloyd very quickly showed us how well he managed other members of the team, and how dedicated he was to the company. He became one of our Senior Electricians with the first 6 months of employment. Lloyd has recently been promoting and heading our new Solar PV Team, once again Lloyd has shown he is able to adapt to any job and carry it out fantastically! This led him to his current role as Project Manager. In his spare time Lloyd enjoys wine tasting, competitive chess and spending time with his wife and children.
Zoe joined Securcom in 2019, and Manages all the finances for the company. She is responsible for Payroll, Invoicing, keeping all accounts up to date, stock control and bank reconciliations. We are very proud to support Zoe as a retained Firefighter at Kingsland Fire Station. In her spare time Zoe enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to their favourite beach in Tenby.
Vicky arrived at Securcom in 2020, she joined our office team as company administrator. Vicky deals with accommodation bookings, vehicle maintenance, uploading invoices and credits and liaising with Customers. Before joining Securcom, Vicky was a Qualified Teaching Assistant for 4 years before deciding on a career change. In her spare time Vicky enjoys spending time with her son and family.
